By opening an account, purchasing a subscription, or accessing any part of the Flux2to2 AI Service (the \"Service\"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the \"Terms\"). You may not use the Service if you do not agree to any of the Terms.

3. Functionality of the Service

Flux2to2 AI utilizes proprietary workflows and third-party AI infrastructure to transform user-provided images and cues into augmented or stylized results. We have no affiliation with, nor are we endorsed by, any upstream model vendors.

4. Account and Eligibility

You must be 13 years of age or older, or of legal age in your jurisdiction, to register. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your logged-in account, including protecting your account credentials. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

5. Plans, Pricing, and Taxes

Current price tiers and power generation limits are displayed on the pricing page and are priced in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. Applicable taxes will be calculated and added at checkout.

5.1 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Creem. We never store your full card number. By purchasing, you authorize our payment processor to deduct your payment using your chosen payment method.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription and receive a pro rata refund within fourteen days of your initial payment if you still have unused generated credits by emailing support@flux2-2.com. After fourteen days, no refunds will be issued. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your subscription will remain valid until the end of the paid period. In the event of chargeback abuse, fraud, or material breach, we may refuse or reverse a refund.

7. Intellectual Property

This service, its original content, features, and characteristics are the exclusive property of Flux2to2 AI and its licensors, and always will be. This service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used on any product or service without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any content submitted to this service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and providing the service.

8. Content Standards

You agree not to upload, request, or share the following:

• Violates any law or regulation
• Illegal, defamatory, hateful, or harassing
• Contains explicit content or involves minors
• Violence or incitement to violence
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Intended to create deceptive deepfake or impersonation videos

Content suspected of violating these rules will be automatically blocked by the AI model or submitted for manual review. Repeat offenders will have their accounts banned and will not receive a refund.

9. Disclaimer for Generated Content

AI output is generated by algorithms and may contain inaccuracies or unintended defects. Please verify its suitability before using it for commercial purposes. We do not guarantee that any output will conform to specific artistic, technical, or fitness standards.

10. Third-Party Services

This service integrates or references third-party tools such as Vercel, Creem, and Google Analytics. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flux2to2 AI and its administrators and employees from and against any claims arising out of or relating to your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flux2to2 AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you have paid us within twelve months prior to the occurrence of the event.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately without notice and without liability for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All terms that, by their nature, should continue to be in effect after termination shall continue to be in effect.

14. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also applies to this website and informs users of our data collection practices.

15. Changes to the Service or These Terms

We may update the Service or these Terms at any time. For material changes, registered users will receive at least seven days' advance email notification. Continued use after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the changed terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
