We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our AI-generated services. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the service you purchased, we will do our best to resolve it and issue a refund if the following conditions are met.
2. Refund Eligibility
We will approve a refund if:
- You request a refund within 14 days of your initial payment and have unused credits.
- A billing error occurs (double charging, incorrect amount, or unauthorized transaction).
- A service interruption or malfunction prevents you from accessing the core functionality of Flux2to2 AI for more than 48 hours.
- We make a material misrepresentation regarding a feature or fail to deliver the purchased service.
Refunds are not available if credits have been used up, our Terms of Service have been violated, or the request is submitted after the above time limits.
3. How to Request a Refund
Please send an email to support@flux2-2.com with the subject "Refund Request".
Please include the following in your email:
- Your email address associated with your account
- Your order number or transaction number
- Your purchase date
- Briefly explain why you are requesting a refund.
Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
If your refund request is approved, we will process it within 5-10 business days.
4. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment service provider (typically 5-10 business days for credit cards and 3-5 business days for PayPal). Bank processing may experience slight delays.
If a direct refund is not possible, we may offer account points or an extended subscription period as alternatives.

- Purchases made more than 30 days ago
Exceptions
- Suspected fraud or abuse of our services
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Multiple refund requests from the same user

Flux2to2 is an independent product with no affiliation to Black Forest Labs or other AI model providers. We provide access to AI models through our own custom interface.
